I LOVE CREATING TIMELESS PHOTOS THAT CAPTURE YOUR UNIQUE STORY.
I am predominantly a documentary wedding photographer so my aim is to help you relax and fully embrace the celebrations without the photography impacting the natural flow of the day or stopping you from enjoying time spent with your loved ones. I certainly won’t be taking over the day, in fact most people actually tell me they had no idea I was even there!
In order to create timeless and natural photos that capture you and your story, you have to be entirely yourselves. And to be entirely yourselves you have to feel relaxed and comfortable. Which is why it’s so important to get along with your wedding photographer!
I understand how awkward it can feel to have all eyes on you and a camera in your face, so it makes total sense if you’re a bit nervous about it all. Since 2015 I’ve worked with all kinds of different personality types and found that letting my friendly, informal and flexible energy flow into the way I work has helped all my past clients to feel at ease in front of the camera and even end up really enjoying the process too!
My services do not end at photography though. I hope that once you book me, you can see me as a friend and an ally for your wedding dreams, here to help you along with the process of planning your day in any way I can!
How do we book you?
I am currently taking bookings for the next two years and the dates are filling up fast!
I really hate turning people away so please get in touch as early as you can to find out my availability once you have booked your venue!
If I’m free on your date we can schedule a video call to chat about your plans, get to know each other a little better and get EXCITED!
Then if you decide you’d like to book me to capture your wedding day, I will do a little happy dance and send over your booking confirmation, invoice and contract.
In order to book the date I need a 40% non-refundable booking fee which is deducted from your final quote and an online signature on your wedding photography contract.
Once that’s all done your date will be securely in my diary and you’ll receive some awesome mail from me! If you’re in London we could even plan to meet up in real life for a pint or a coffee ahead of your wedding day – I’d absolutely love meeting you properly beforehand!

Can you do shorter coverage?
I can! I love photographing intimate weddings because although they’re small, they are always just as, if not more stylish than those bigger celebrations and 100x more emotionally charged.
For small weddings of 40 people or less, weekday weddings or elopements I offer my hourly rate which you can see below.
Micro weddings are priced at £450 for the first hour and £250 each hour thereafter.
PLEASE BE AWARE I do not book in very small micro weddings on peak Friday & Saturday dates more than 4 months in advance.

Other FAQs
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WOULD YOU YOU TRAVEL TO MY WEDDING?
I’m based in Hackney, East London but I will travel further for your wedding. Travel around the South East of the UK is included in the price but if your wedding is over 80 miles from my base in Hackney (E9) I will more than likely need 1-2 nights local accommodation covered, depending on how late you want me to stay.
DO YOU SHOOT WEDDINGS ABROAD?
Absolutely! I love travelling and would fly anywhere for your wedding if you want me to capture it! I’ve been lucky enough to shoot weddings in Portugal and the USA and would love to travel for more! If you’re having your wedding abroad and you’re interested in having me photograph it, then please get in touch with more details.
CAN WE MEET YOU IN PERSON BEFORE WE BOOK?
Unfortunately, I now only meet prospective clients online via Zoom or Google Meet. If you’re interested in booking, I highly recommend we do this so we can chat all about your plans and my services and see whether we’re a good match before you book me! Of course, if you do go ahead and book me we can absolutely organise an IRL meet up over a pint or a coffee ahead of your wedding day!
WHY DO WE NEED A SECOND SHOOTER? WHO ARE THEY?
I highly recommend getting a second shooter for your wedding day if you’re having 100+ guests and you want to be able to capture both bridal and groom prep in the morning. You’ll also get a second perspective of the day – for example whilst we are off taking the group photos and your couple photos, my second shooter will be taking this time to capture blissfully candid moments of your other guests mingling, hugging and all the other little moments that happen on the day.
The second shooter helping me on the day will be one of the many wonderful and talented photographers that I have worked with frequently in the past. I think having a second person shooting your wedding is invaluable as they’ll capture a different perspective of the day and moments I might miss when shooting other parts of your day. It’s basically a second me for the whole day for just £400.
HOW SOON WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
I aim for the full turnaround of all your high res edited photos to be within 6-8 weeks but this can depend on the time of year and how busy the season is for me, it can go up to 10 weeks at peak summer time but I always send my couples a good selection of previews within the week after the wedding. Your images will all be uploaded into your own private online gallery for you to download and share with your friends and family.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
With my full day package you’ll receive at least 700 but really it can range anywhere between 700-1000 high res photos and that will depend on a combination of different things such as how many details are at your wedding, different locations, amount of guests and length of coverage, etc. I don’t like to put an exact number on it. The same goes for smaller weddings – I can’t really put an exact number on it because it depends how long you book me for and what there is to document.
WHILST YOU'RE EDITING, CAN YOU MAKE ME LOOK SLIMMER? CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP MY DOUBLE CHIN?
There’s not a wedding that goes by where I don’t get asked these questions. Whilst it’s usually a joke, I find it really interesting (inside my deep thinking brain) to reflect on why we say these things and I want to be frank here.
Whilst I do all of the editing myself, it’s not my job to make you look anything other than yourself! Other than the obvious temporary blemishes that I will remove from select photos, I don’t set out to airbrush your face, making you look slimmer, younger or otherwise! I think that the industries that do have had a very toxic influence on us all.
My job is to capture people experiencing joy, bliss, happiness and all the other broad range of emotions we get to enjoy as humans on a wedding day! I want you to look like you and that might mean that I don’t always get the most flattering angles of you when you’re belting out Teenage Dirtbag or being silly on the dancefloor however I’ve probably captured a really joyful moment from your day.
Remember the way you look is the least interesting thing about you. That being said, everybody scrubs up well on a wedding day so rest assured that I’ll be photographing everybody and everything in the best light and with the best angles I can find!
WHY IS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SO EXPENSIVE?
My prices are based on my skills, my years of experience and knowledge within the wedding industry, on time and effort spent working on your images after the wedding, the admin and research involved in booking new clients and travel, not just the hours spent on your actual wedding day. The world we live in means that we must make obvious our support for the minorities amongst us and I for one am very aware that the wedding industry media is dominated by slim, white, heteronormative couples which just doesn’t reflect real life. I want to take this opportunity to state that this is an inclusive space for all couples in love in London and across the world who are getting married.
I am against discrimination in every way and I am educating myself on matters of systemic racism, promoting diversity and being an ally as best I can! I’m pro LGBTQ+ weddings and I really want to capture more of them as well as more ethnic weddings. I personally love the diversity of weddings throughout our world cultures and it’s most certainly not just white people falling in love and getting married so I aim to show this in my portfolio.
I’m excited about the changes which are happening in the wedding industry but there is still some way to go.
